I am sorry
I am sorry I have not been on in a while just been so busy but anyway I will list the things I did over the week
. Tuesday swam for 3 hours
.thurday went kayaking for 3 hours straight then went swimming for another 3 hours
. Friday I played a dance machine for 3 hours then played dodge ball for about 2 I also had to chase a dog for over probably a half mile but luckily she came back to me ( she is the big white dog )

How this works
In order to earn the base of $100 by the end of the summer, Set will do the following:
-4 Body Beast workouts each week

-run 1 mile three times a week
